Overview
The Egg Hatch is an in-house animatronic: an original baby dinosaur that breaks out of its egg. It is designed from the first sketch by Brass To Bone, with 3D-printed internals, a silicone skin and a sequenced hatch.
The egg is planned at around 400 mm, printed in sections, and the design work is being done in Autodesk Fusion 360. The hatch sequence is planned to run on an Arduino Uno R4 WiFi.
The project is at concept stage. This page will follow the build as it develops, and every step will be labelled with where it actually stands.
