Who we are

Brass To Bone is a creative engineering studio in the United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal details you send us.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, organisation (if you give one), the type of project, your description, and any budget or timescale you choose to share.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you decide to go ahead, to discuss and plan the project. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.

Who else handles it

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, and enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. They process the details only to provide those services. We don’t sell your details or use them for marketing.

How long we keep it

The website does not store enquiries; they arrive as an email. We keep that email for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or any project that follows, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them, by replying to any email from us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If visitor statistics are enabled they use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
